1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WarriorBody AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WarriorBody AI is a fitness and wellness application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and coaching recommendations based on the information you provide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid subscriptions (Warrior Premium, Elite Transformation) are billed monthly through Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the in-app Subscription screen.
• Refunds, if applicable, are handled in accordance with applicable store policies and local law.

6. AI-Generated Content

All workout, nutrition, and coaching content is generated by AI and is informational only. It is not medical advice and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for evaluating whether any recommendation is appropriate for you. See our Fitness & Medical Disclaimer.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by providing false data, attempting to access other users' data, or using the Service in a way that could harm others or violate the law.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and features, is owned by WarriorBody AI and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated recommendations are provided for your personal use.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will be achieved or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarriorBody AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury or health issue arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account and request deletion of your data at any time from the in-app Profile screen or our public Delete Account page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
