• Payment data: subscription and billing information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and AI coaching recommendations.
• To track your progress and display trends over time.
• To manage your subscription and process payments.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To improve our services and develop new features.

3. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans, nutrition analysis, and coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. This content is informational only and is reviewed by you before use. See our Fitness & Medical Disclaimer for important limitations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help operate the app:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• Cloud infrastructure — secure data hosting and AI model providers.

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from the in-app Profile screen or via our public Delete Account page. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
